got some 84 mod diffs,can u change front to back centre with out any changes of spiders gear splines?can u just bolt a rear centre straight into the front

How can they have different ratios? Both sets of wheels need to turn at the same speed.
Yes they are swappable.

you should be able to swap them coz the ratios are the same 4:3:1.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer

Yes they are interchangable, but make sure both the diffs are the same ratio.

Yes also the different engines (diesel or petty) have different ratios.
