tie rod ends

i am replaceing my tie rod ends, left side and right lower and upper.
i have got the brand powermax but when i put the new ones on they are a bit smaller than the ones i am chagening.i have the right part number.have checked.so what is happening when i put the new one in .it is loose and when i do up the clamp it is still loose.is it the brand ?

i got a kit off roodogs off ebay great n quick fast service for my 100 series steering

3 out of the 4 tie rod ends fit but the lh tie rod end falls straight in the rod

ive tried to msg him with no responce yet :bad-words:

genuine kit was $220
repco was $220

this guys kit was $110 buy it now but now il have to pay for a lh tie rod end if he does not get back to me :bad-words:

in the kit there is 2 different sizes for the top n bottom links as well are you puting the right end in the right rod ?

What 4wd is it if it is ifs check that your toe adjusters (piece that outer and inner tierod screw into) haven't been stretched seen it a fair bit on older falcons and older ifs 4wd the clamp is wound up till it hits and the tierod shaft is still loose.

got my money back ,went to toyota and got genuine part fits like a glove bottom line dont buy aftermaket tie rod kits.
