Hi Fellas

I'm selling my 80 series and thinking of buying a 100 series petrol landcruiser. Is there anything i should be aware of before buying one ? Any problems etc ?

Nope go for it! I love mine but if your wanting to use it offroad go a pre 2003 for the live front axel.

What year model you looin at?

Personally I would go for the earlier model as to get solid axle front.

YEH MINES A 99 MODEL AND ITS HEAPS MORE POWERFUL THAN MY 80 SERIES BUT ONE DOWN FALL IS IT BLOWS SMOKE HAS DONE SINCE 150000 KS STILL GOES STRONG NOW AT 215000 NEVER EVEN CHANGED THE PLUGS I THINK ITS THEVALVE GUIDES .I GUESS I JUST GOT ONE THAT MUST HAVE BEEN THRASHED IN ITS PAST LIFE IT HAD A FULL SERVICE HISTORY ECT. ALOT MORE NICER TO DRIVE AND CREATURE COMFORT THAN THE 80 TOO.I DO QUITE A BIT OF FREEWAY DRIVING AND DONT EVEN HAVE TO THROW ITBACK UP STEEP HILLS IN 5TH GEAR. MY 80 I HAVE TO GO BACK TO 3RD SOMETIMES. THEY ARE AN EXELLENT MACHINE GOOD LUCK WHEN YOU GET ONE YOULL LOVE IT CHEERS WAYNE
