Who knows where to aquire the contacts and solenoid plunger for a starter motor from a toyota 4Y.

any auto elect, 20 bucks for the still maybe another 20 for moving. The moving contact doesent always need replacing so give it a buff and see how it looks.

Ashdowns are a good source for replacement parts. Being Denso you will also be able to get them through Toyota or Don Hyatt.

You never know with Toyota Genuine - sometimes they can be very will priced!

Cheers went to the local auto lecy and he sold me the parts for $22 plunger and still contacts and $10 for the bearings.
Shes back in and doing her job.
Now for the alternator
