whats the easiest way to replace uni joints? is a press the best way? how would you do it in the bush if you needed to?
could you change a uni with:
a flat head screw driver, cir-clip pliers, a hammer and a socket set?

Yep, you can do it. I wouldn't plan on being in a hurry though. Maybe add a nice piece of hardwood to your toolkit, as it'd be a bugger trying to hammer out a uni against dirt.SiKiD_01 wrote: could you change a uni with:

i used to change unis for a living, and have never used a press to fit a uni except for the volvo trucks which had to be pressed in. all ya need is a hammer screwdriver circlip pliers depending on the type of ujs ya got and a vice for resting on. in the bush ya use ya roo bar if ya got 1.
