already up to $360 with 6 days to go, by the time the auction is at the end it'll
probably be more than full price from ARB... silly people haven't learnt to wait till the last 5 seconds to bid.

we were bored...
Bogged and I decided to bid it up a little. I still got the highest bid at $500 , Turps has had a go as well I see. LOL
Compressors that you buy for $80 in SuperCheap, sell regularly for over $100 on Ebay. I've been tempted on a number of occassions to run down to SuperCheap, get a bulk order of them, and sell them off one at a time for a nice little profit each time.
The only thing I can think would cause people to do that is:
A) They are on a farm or property and it's worth paying that bit extra to buy online and get it posted rather than drive to the nearest city to buy one.
B) They have no idea of the true value of the things they bid on.
I suspect 90% the latter, and a very small percentage the former.

i see it's "pick up only" what the seller is trying to say is "i'm a lazy bastage and can't be bothered wrapping it in a bit of paper and putting an address on it"
There is no "I" in Team, but there are 5 in Individual Brilliance

I just got my first dodgy 2nd chance offer. Since I am 100% Hobbsy will go through with the purchase. And there was a number of different bidders above me. I find this interesting. and not nearly legit.

LOL! i got a second chance offer too!! for my max bid of $600 Too bad i just paid $1,200 for one from Tiny
The email looks legit, with all the eBay stuff on it...... i don't go for second chance offers anyhow.....
I was about to go for it. But the email addresses why different. If it is legit I just stuffed up real bad as they offered $600 for it. And that would be way cheap.

ask for COD or say you have a mate that can pick it up in person from the dude... if they say yes... then I would guess it being legit...
and If they have any more, I'll take a front for a GU.
