Just fitted a set of 35's to my defender. They appear to have plenty of room except for near the corner of the guards.

Just interested to see what people would suggest to fix....cut up along the blue lines which will expose more of the wheel, or try to heat and remould the flares?

Heat gun.

Wont take much. Just bend em out slightly.

i would cut them and trim the alum. that returns at the back of the vehicle to justa bove the last outrigger, this allows you to get a hose in there to wash out mud, etc, as defenders are prone to rust here.

i would post some photos for you but still can't be bothered how to post after it all got changed :lol:

Thanks Maggot. Have PM'ed def90 to get the pics off him and was going to post them up...whichever way is easiest :) Keen to get it sorted in the next day or so as I have a trip planned this weekend and don't want to be scrubbing all weekend.
