hi guys is it acommon problem with the 2LT motor for the cam shaft to break??? and does the 3L camshft fit the 2lt :armsup: ?

never heard of it being a problem. 3l may fit but i'm not sure if its the same grind (duration etc).

also there are 2 kinds (2 different heads), one with rockers and the other with bucket/shims.

I havnt heard of it either. But if your chasing one I have one here in great condition as I got sick of rebuilding the POS so in goes a 1UZ

The cam in mine ended up in 3 pieces when my engine failed.

yeah mine ended in three bits aswell :cry: , but looking around for a new daily driver so i can deregister the old girl, thanks for ur help fellers
