locking bonnets

Post by shakes »

on my 83 rangey project its damn easy to open the bonnet simply by sticking your fingers through the grill and grabbing the latch.... the easy solution would just be to plate the latch so fingers of the wrong sort dont get in there. but i kinda like it

Has anyone here made anything to suit, or even have any idea's? or am I gunna have to go in blind?

Cheers

My County has a key lock that is mounted on the leading edge of the bonnet. Maybe do something like that
