hi guys just bought a zuk and the t case shifter is sloppy . it keeps popping from 2wd in to 4h and some times jams all together any help will be great cheers .. oh yeah its a 1.3l if there is any differents between cases thanks . link to vid of shifter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUbQKXDwAcs

There's a bush thing, called a shifter sheet, in top of the box, at the bottom of the stick. This is the usual problem, about $20 and 5 minutes work.

Otherwise its internal and beyond me

Pretty sure if you look in the sierra bible that there is a full rundown on this problem and a link to walk through of replacement. Easy job. Best to get it done straight away too, as they can jam if the shifter sheet fails.
