Do I need Shock Hoops ?

Hey I have a '91 SWB sierra and its sprung over with 31's.

I looking at doing a bit more suspension work to it but not sure what to do with the front.

I was trying to avoid butting shock hoops in because eventually I want to put Hilux diffs under it and didnt want to have to change them over again.

Can i get away with out them ? Obviously it would have better travel with them but do i really need them ? Has any one got any idea on how much it would actually limit it ?

I would prefer to spen the money on climax shackels for the rear.

If you want to spend money , go hoops before wacky (crappy) shackles. How much travel do you want. Hoops will alow you to have controlled front travel, climax just allow you to get some uncontrolled droop. Easy choice if you must spend money. But really, you dont need them, but if you want more travel, then hoops will help.
