does anyone know what an ET-28 offset is?
they are from an speedy oasis rim
would they be suitable for a 33X 12.5" muddy

i think that means negative offset of 28mm from the rim centreline. if it's a 7" rim, the centre line is 3.5". 28mm is almost 1" so that's what i'll assume for this example. this means your wheel mounting surface is about 4.5" from the outside edge of the rim and roughly 2.5" from the inside edge of the rim. this means the rim has a backspacing of 2.5" which is good. it will make your stance quite wide. if the rims are 8", the centre line is 4". the backspacing would be around 3".

whether they are suitable or not depends on how wide they are and what offset suits your car. for a 12.5" tyre, i would go for an 8" wide rim. if the offset is too negative, you may have rubbing issues as you turn under suspension compression. if the offset is too positive, you may rub on your springs (if they are leaves).

Not a bad rim, speedy are well constructed with a lifetime structural warranty. That’s the rim I currently run and the largest offset you can go before a 15x10 @ -44
