The engine problem...

Post by GURU »

G'day all,

Well I started looking at all the bits for my 88 Rangie to put it back together and realsied one of the shoes on one of the valve rocker arms was missing. It must have been gone awhile as the valve has worn into the rocker arm afair bit. so I need a new rocker arm...or a good second hand one...anyone??

I'm assuming it fell off and the motor started to run like crap and missfired on that cylinder, and they took the sump off to find the "knocking" noise which would have been coming from the rocker arm....

Any other sugestions??
