Post by The pig67 »

The Vic All Terrain 4wd Club is proud to annonce they will be holding a Ramp Day at Pro Comp Narre Warren on the 19/11/06

This event is open to the public and for a gold coin donation you can run your vehicle up the ramp a see how it compares to the rest them

We are raising funds for The Woods Point Defiblarater Appeal.

There will be three classes
1/IFS
2/Leaf Spring
3/Coil

Pro Comp will be suppling the prizes for the winner of each class

We will be possibly running some form of winching competition based on kill and speed. So watching everyones different technique will be very interesting
Thanks

I'll be there about 1130 after i check out The Solid Rock 4WD clubs demo at Mt Martha, with The BBQ trailer to cook snags for people that want them, with proceeds going to the Woods Point defiblerator appeal.

The Woods Point community are trying to get the hole set up and the ongoiung training to run it. We are just trying, along with other 4wd clubs, to assist them in their pursuit.

Should be a great day to check out different vehicles set ups and capabilites.

I should be there around midday to see if the 80 can improve on its RTI from last time.

Hopefully there will be plenty of others testing their suspension set-up and supporting the Woods Point Defibrillator (sp?) Fund as many of us wheel in that area and you never know when you or a someone in your group may need it.

Hope to see you there ;)

The weather report for tomorrow is fine so traction up the ramp should be high :P
There may be one or two obsticles prior too the ramp entry :?
As far as I know the bog holes prior to the ramp entry have dried up but the low range rock ledges are still there
