so out fourbing and sunday and had a tree smash my left hand rear sliding windows know the plan is to remove the frame and rivet in a piece of checker plate for the mean time then eventually replace the windows the question is what is the easiest way to remove the window frame anyone done it before any help gladly apriciated

we did GUJOhnnos few weeks ago at my joint, he was shocked at how easy they come out.
