Col's Super Steps....Where , Who....ANyone?

Post by Surfin Alec »

At Woodpecker on the weekend I saw an 80 an a 100 both with "Col's Super Steps" on them. They are black / checkerplate touring type sliders and looked really cool.
Anyone know who Col is and how to get in contact with him as I would like some for my 80.

Cheers,

Alec

I do know he is a member of the Toyota Landcruiser Club!
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

Colin Mawbey, used to live at Heathcote, not sure now, someone in the TLCC would be able to put you in touch with the guy, his son may get on here occasionally too.
I'd try the TLCC contact first though.

Farken good sidesteps, my old man had a set on his 80.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Col has retired from the side step business.

After many years it was cutting into the family time too much.

Long live Cols super steps
