how do i narrow down searches so that i dont have to look through 300 pages to find exactly what i want?

Try using the 'Search for all terms' radio button.
You can also narrow it down by searching in particular forums if you know where you want to look.

try using..
60 AND Series AND steering to get less results..

Putting "AND" or "OR" between each word helps narrow the results down.
