Bit (a lot) more info is required here. There is a thread somewhere on outers with links to approved engineers contact details. Search for this. Or contact the RTA and get a list of approved engineers in your area.

there are a million threads on engineers on here. A little search will yield that info or your best bet is to contact the roads authorities in your state and get a list of approved engineers of them

We're having an engineering day saturday febuary 3rd (you've got 6 weekends to make sure everything is up to scratch)
We'll do a heap of vehicles on the same day, so the engineer will charge a bit less. We'll have a BBQ, so you'll get fed.
Let us know if your interested, there's a preliminary desciption to be filled out ( so no-one brings anything that clearly will never pass, and Rick won't have to make un-called-for comments)
