Hi guys
Just installed a 2nd battery tray in my 99 DX GU TD42 Patrol and i had to shift one of the vacuum tanks so as to fit the new tray in place, everything fitted up fine after moving the tank, plumbed it all back up as it was before, but when i went to drive the car the brakes are hard as rock to use, they slow the car abit, but i cant push the pedal down at all, clutch works fine still, I have vacuum at the pipes when i take them off when the motor is running, but they just dont seem to be assisitng the brakes at all.....Is there a way to " bleed" the vacuum assist or do i just bleed the brake system and hope that that fixes it, hopefully its just a simple thing i have overlooked and onre you guys can point me in the right direction
Cheers
ps the vacuum at the pipes doesnt suck my thumb in but there is noticeable suction there, also when i took the pipes off the tank i heard it suck in air, so there was vacuum b4 i started fiddling....

Brake Problems
Hi guys
Sorted out the prtoblem this morning myself, found out that on the GU the one way valve is located within the primary vacuum hose that goes into the first tank, as it was I had this around the wrong way so that I wasnt getting any vacuum into the tanks, swapped it around and its all good...
