i have done a springover on my 89 widetrack need to change shock can some one help whit what ones ill need

What springs / shackels / leaves has it got ?

I remember looking at it but cant rememberwhat it was.

Mines SPOA with 2" spings and it uses a tjm shock and there awesome but its pretty flexy to.

When we going out for a drive ?

Also did you flip the shock mounts or is is still on the bottom ?
