if it only needs a new wiring harness go get one from a wrecker and sell it whole, u might get more in parts but from experience mk/q parts sell slowly noone needs or wants them, ull be sellin parts for 12 months to get rid of it

its kno spelling test but it maks it a hellof a lot easier to reed when you use full stops and what not to make it easioer for every1 to reed and understand as was said b4 u may well bee beeter off trying to sell it hole as you will end up with bits and pieces you dont want and nobody kneeds so they will jest end up sittin aroond in your shed gavering dust and such keep the tires and otehr beits you may want put stook tyires back onit and cell it like that probably wont sell it roadwortheed but someone may wont a bush bassher or a doer uppererererr to fark arouond wif.

Now, would you rather try reading it like that or would you find it easier to read something that was written with a bit of thinking done during the whole mashing the keyboard process. :finger:

What to do?

I have an 83 MQ. I have just bare metaled the thing, cut the rust out, plated the holes and spray puttied it

It has a V8, 5speed, rancho 9000 adjustabes, 4 inch lift springs and shockies. It also has custom wheels and goodyear rocktyres which are only 12 months old.

I was going to respray it but the mates had big trip planed. In the rush to put back to gether I stuffed up and burnt out the wiring harness.

I also have an 84 deisel for spares. It has 35 mudys on it and heap of spares.

Should I sell everything in bits or sell the cars conplete?

Are you kidding???

Listen guys as much fun as it has been, let's get off the spelling and punctuation thing as we seem to be going around in circles and whilst I love a little circle work like the next guy :D it's not helping rickstrap with his question.

Mate if you have the time and the room in your yard/shed and you don't want to put a new harness in it because you are planning on updating to a 95 DX GQ then sell it in bits. That way you get to keep the bits you want (eg tyres) and sell the stuff you don't want.. Usually by selling the thing in bits you will get more for it that if you unloaded it as a non-going, modified but not approved junker.

Hope this helps answer your question.
Cheers
