First create a photobucket account (just google photobucket and sign up)
Then resize your photos using microsoft photo editor.
Select a photo be clicking on browse and choosing the photo u want.

replyed to pms ,just noticed the thread,
i haven't been on the computer much lately, busy at the new job.

modify the headers to suit , i have made some custom ones before but no longer have access to the equipment .

looking at your pics the eng mounting is fine plenty low enough.
you might want to rethink using a k40 gearbox, i don't think it will be strong enough,go for a t50.

mount your gearbox so that the output faces straght at the t/case input then get the shaft shortend to suit if it is not lined up well it will vibrate

sorry cant find any pics of mine at the moment.

broke the t50
its in pieces now getting a hilux gearbox & t/case.
more of a pain than the original conversion.
the only decent bellhousing comes from NZ, i have had to wait for a new batch to be made .
hopefully its on its way
cheers Drew

From the research I've done on this swap, If you have the earlier slightly less powerful motor You can run the K50 tranny which is the one with the cable feed clutch. With the later more powerful motor you might want to to with the t-50 (hydraulic clutch) but a k-50 will last ok. If your running the 4agze motor or any serious modifications to the 4age motor the T-50 is a must. Converting to hydraulic is another task all in it's own.
I had some pms sent to me a while back. I post them on a thread. search my posts. And tell us more about wiring as well. I would love to run the 4agze motor in my zook. I going to do a swift gt swap first since it's going to be my first swap. Then after I get the feel of motor swapping. I'll tackle a bigger swap like the 4agze or rotary.

yea mate i think i have the k40 4sp in it at the moment i aint a guru but its 4speed and it has a slave cylinder cant b botherd hooking up a slave cylinder so on the look out for a k50 that will bolt on to the 4age.to my under standing the t-vis version which i have has just about or more low down torque than the 100kw version at lower revs.but the wireing for my zuke was already done for me as it originaly came out of a zuke ;)

If you have a slave cylinder then you have a T-40 box . The K boxes are cable operated . Itis possible to fit a master cylinder on the firewall . My diesel zuk had a t-50 box in it . It handled the torque of the diesel ok .
