There are many reasons it has taken 10 months to get the permit and fire is only one of them.
We are trying to get all the dates for the year up by next weekend and it has been one hell of a ride getting permits for 07 due to new government legislations, fire and outright rejection just to name a few.
There will be 5 rounds and a final in 07 and we have a few new venues, being Cals property Berridale, Sydney and Victoria also including Walbundrie.
We also have a new pro camera crew with 6 cameras including 40 foot boom and state of the art gear. They will be doing some filming for pay TV and also our in house DVD's that will be for sale every round.
I hope to see you all at round 1 at Berridale in Feb. :D

Cant wait for this years as i hope to run all rounds in both W.E.Rock and OZ Rock and with your first round being at berridale in feb I'll be there. Sounds like your really trying to push the sport forward and get it into house holds around OZ with better T.V coverage.Well done guys.

Awesome... this is a wicked venue. We visited Cal's place last weekend for some testing/practice sessions and had a great weekend. Had some over-heating problems with steering and tranny that we have to get sorted, and at one stage some trouble staying rubber side down (minimal damage though), but it is a great venue with amazing rocks and lots of them!

To whet your appetite...

This is not quite the right line...

...resulting in this... and then a graceful piroette on the front left wheel that went very close to a rollover that would have left a mark or two:

And LOTS of other rocks on some great terrain:

...you'd think so, but I think he was doing more carrying of the camera than snapping!

I'll get a few more up soon.

Webbie It wont be a prob as you wont see or help set the tracks B4 anyone anyway.
For your first drive I have some 10 foot drop offs for you
I think the only prob other competitors will have with you driving is just that ( YOU ARE DRIVING). :finger:  :finger:

Well what can l say EUREKAmight be an understatement ,but it would be a good start.we found a venue 50kms or less from Melb cbd(the way the crow flys)that has some very very nice rock, facilitys and not to mention the view.we can still see Melbourne. but first we have to get through all our papaerwork b4 we let any more slip . But this goes to show we are serious about bringing these events to the major citys. Melb first, Sydney next then ??????????????? ;) :D :D :D

if you build it, they will come...

Put one that close to the city and I think I could get 100 people there myself.
