we cant even program them with the wds at work and if a trans goes bung they come allready programed for that car from ford so you cant say fit a 6speed from a teritory for example in to a sedan same box diffrant program and shit

Quit whining .....yeah alright, i think it would be probably the best conversion kit you guys could come up with, i would buy one.
Given that naturally aspirated versions of the 4.0l will be available for less than 1k if they are not already and supplys will be large, they could become the engine of choice for a budget power-up.
Even without turbos these are a strong engine and options like N/A, turboed, straight gas, straight gas turboed could all be possible. i think the best thing you could look at first would be the cheapest conversion consisting of bellhousing, clutch, engine mounts, sump etc, manual kits to suit the nissan 5 speed would be the easiest/cheapest to do. The auto would be a top install but obviously more work. Problems to work out will be things like exhaust routing(same side as front tailshaft) sump/oil pickp clearance, cooling system hose routing, and not to mention computer/wiring. These motors are definitely worth doing a conversion for!

The six speed zf trans in the ford has its own computer bolted to the valvebody and it also has a plastic pan that has the filter is moulded in to it. The transmission comunicates to the engine computer through a can bus system,good luck trying to wire that system up. The bolt patern on the block has stayed the same since EA falcon.

yeah prety much what i said about the trans ecm and can bus i realy think it would be made work but not with out alot of work
