Just wanting to hear from people who have coiled there zuks.
What are they like on road / trips of a bit of diatance ?
Obviouly if there set up right it makes a big differance but over all what do you like / hate about it ?
Trying to toss up between coiling my LWB with either 60 or 80 diffs or buying a GQ ?
Also anyone whos running bigger diffs under there zuk, what are your thoughts on the same thing ?

Basically i want something that is quite capable but i can also drive to the trails. I'm also looking at GQ's but not really keen.
Body roll is fine but are you happy with the overall ride ?

84 model hardtop, 86in wb, 36 iroks, locked front and rear, lux diffs, exo, power steer, fuel injected 4k corolla 1.3,auto transmission ,2in wheel spacers,3/4 elliptic rear
if i had the money i would have kept the zook bout a trailer and used the patrol as a tow rig. Im happy with the patrol but its still no zook. Main prob is that i would drive it in a comp then had to drive to work on monday or leave it at a train station. The patrol is more practical because it seats five. But if you want a trail rig i would go for a zook.At the end of the day i neede somthing a tad more reliable. and at least i can take the family in the patrol and the 2 dogs. Don't do it. Very few people have ever gone down this path and ended up with a reliable, properly road drivable car, let alone one that can tour. My guess is that $$$$ and months down the track you will have a cool sierra that won't really do any of the things you wanted it to as well as a bigger car would stock.
(Please nobody take offence to this but) Many people who have done this will say it works perfectly but there will be some big compromise in the suspension performance that they are able/willing to drive around to have a big/flexy car, but there is no way that you would rather drive that than a bigger more standard car for anything except hard core off road work.
IMHO keep a suzuki the way that suzuki intended- light and small and choose a better suited car if you want to carry large loads or travel long distances.
