Do yourself a favour and get a manualy opperated front locker. I don't care what anyone says auto lockers in the front of 4bys are a pain in the butt. They don't allow effortless steering like the adds say and they do put unnessesary extreeme preasure on the drive train

I have a lokka in the front and factory in the rear. I don't find the steering a problem in two wheel drive with the front hubs in or in 4wd . I find it a pig to steer wth the rear factory locker engaged. I have witnessed not the manual locker fail but the components of the manual locker fail, e: air pump, lines etc. I expect my rear to fail long before my front.

Yes they are mate. You just have to remember to unlock your auto hubs before driving on the road (reversing 5 metres) othwise you may have some problems.

A correctly installed auto locker will be fine. They are a little heavier on the steering but once you learn how to use your power to unlock them they are awesome.

I don't have one of these though I have a soflocker but they all do the same job. :)

Cheers mick.

I am in two minds as to the soft locker really want a little more from the front but imagine the manual ones are better. I already have the ARB in the back just want the front to have a little more go but don't have the cash.
