I reckon just pick on that suites you (since you are doing all the work here), and also suites the property owner - that's the best you can do

You can't argue with that, I second the motion.

it looks like someone else :cough Greg cough: may have to step up to the plate as May and june look like being a no go with me as I'm going overseas and have pretty much all the weekends booked already. So if someone is keen :cough Greg cough: I can forward details.

Or maybe someone can take the initiative and set a date

Mud Holes - nice :D I'll feel right at home

Hopefully the property won't be too far away from a highway or shopping mall so that we get to see your car perform too ;)

I can give you Cals email. basically from our discussions Toilets will need to be hired. A date needs to be set. Confirm numbers and then an entrance fee. I can still organise things to a point but the main thing is there will need to be someone to actual take over and run things on the weekend. The person :cough:redzook;cough: will need to ensure that people are in the right spot, make sure things are being run properly on the weekend and to liase with Cal to make sure it all goes well.

We don't want to piss him off as it looks like it could be a property good for events in the future.

I am still not 100% sure either way what I'm doing in regards to overseas etc but will let you know as soon as I do

Well with all these coughs I think you may be getting sick Grimbo, You might need to take a few days to get better, and what would be better for you then a drive out to Cals place?

Well August sounds good to me, least that gives ppl time to ask the hand brake/ book the time/ get every thing organised "cough redzook cough" and it might even give time for Damo to finish his rig, redzook get his diffs running, greg to get his bonnet pins dirty, love_mud run 37" tires, big steve to get dressed up as spider man!

"Sorry boss but this flu is very contagious and is about as harmfull as sars, looks like I wont be able to make it into work on August 6th-9th"

Looks like I'll be there, fairy bread and all!

Well west australia doesn't ever get that cold so I wouldn't have a clue, but I'll take your word for it!

It would be good to have something earlier but its very unrealistic to think that you can organise it over night and have everyone to be there.

Well I say October is just fine, so maybe I am a soft rooster but at least I will be sorta warm :?

You guys who want it earlier can organise something sooner, but this one should be organised properly so that we can have a big turn out and maybe it can be made something annual. This is what I thought grimbo's original intensions were.

good point... better to put it off and have a big annual thing. we can always organise smaller outings before the biggun
