From another forum
in my case.. I have them between 24 and 27 PSI on the road.. 5 to 15 offroad depending on the surface i'm dealing with
here's a shot at the 3PSI
unlike the old MTRs, the side wall on those tires are really strong

We've got a set of 235/85R16 MT/Rs on a work V8 79 series cruiser, and ive got 285/75R16 KM2's on my HDJ100. The MT/R's arent as good as the KM2's in sticky mud (KM2's clear out better than the MT/R's without going overboard with wheelspin flick it out) but the MT/R's are a bit better on harder rock.
Cant really comment on the handling, as my 100 is AWD and the 79 is RWD, but the MT/Rs overheat VERY fast if you push them hard on twisty roads and get VERY sketchy when they get hot- Never noticed the same issue with the KM2's.
We're getting REASONABLE wear out of them on the work trucks (3.5T+ 79's) one sets got about 18K kms on it now and might go another 5K if we're lucky, bout 1/3 original tread remaining.
But we get 8000kms from a set of Road Grippers, so 25K kms is a fantastic run if we get it.
FWIW, the KM2's are at 5mm of tread @ 60K kms.

sweet. Looking forward to seeing how they go.
Decided to drop down from a 285 on the disco as I have the Krawlers on my 90 for playing and dont really need 'big' tyres on this too!
Springs next weekend all being well to give them a run.

i dont really take the disco offroad, its the 'bosses' car and does town and beach, i bought them as i was going to do a cape trip that didnt happen. to be honest the skinny little suckers are wearing bad on the disco, gotta go back to the supllier and talk to them about it, but the on the 90 they are a fantastic tyre - well they only do on road and beach too, and the odd little play.
still got that auto for me pete?

I've just fitted the new 43x14.5r17 competition compound on my patrol.
There not as soft to touch as my 40x13.5r17 Competition Treapadors where.
Sidewall fells the same.
Not as much tread depth as if like.
There at 10psi and bagging.
Have there first comp this weekend.

I had heard a while ago that the 42's had less tread depth than the 40's. Might be true, what's the depth difference compared to the Treps Ben ??

Have you measured them for height now they are mounted, Benjamin? How close are they to the 42" written on the sidewall and the 43" you wrote in your post?

Tyres after 4 tracks (about 1hr45 drive time) a night run and playing for an afternoon.
rear
Front
We started them at 14 psi front and 12psi rear. After scratching them up and letting them down too around 12psi front and 10psi rear they worked awesome!

Interesting looking tyre.
Is the tyre pressure your running what is recommended or do you think you would go lower?
My treps are showing similar wear to your tyres but are 3 or so comps old and a few full days of social driving. Yours must be super soft.
Do you crawl your rig or do you put the boot in a bit?

No One else has run these in Australia yet. Had a good chat with Pete from Opw, Ryano from fourbys and Dave Camp, I chose 12 rear and 14 front and played from there.
They are guey, pure grip.
Crawl and social. Not a fan of revs. Shit breaks with rpm. Having said that, I got rid of the Nissan axles and cvs lol

I was wondering if the wear was a result of the tyre being too hard ad you spinning them up on a higher pressure.
Are you going to Toperi? Im keen to check out these tyres.
