very very close mate, went cheaked it out yeastrday, very impressed, shattered headlight- thats up to him for the raod worthy :D , missing side bit of rear bar - how gives a fly f**** and another excuse to get a good rear bar, but goota work out how many Kws a 2000 disco engine throws out and also how much an 1986 rangie weighs - damn power to weight ratio, but seeing the rangie is soo god damn heavy i don't think it will be a problem, just too kepp dad happy :D

141kw IIRC on the 2000 Disco - have you checked the things I posted yet to help confirm it is a disco motor

Weight 1950 Kg ish - should be under 2 tonne

good luck getting full cover for under $2500 bucks. If I were you insure it in your parents name untill you get your licence.

just get 3rd party fire and theft-shouldn't be too bad, at least you build a rating with it in your own name, try racv, they were good to me and my shorty :)

yeah sweet 3rd party fire and theft is 647 bucks from racv, man read all the fine print of just cars, and they are just screw u around if u new to make a claim, the wanted to charge me and extra 400 bucks, just for having a 2" lift and a landy engine :finger: :finger: :finger:
