If you are considering entering Rockpecker could you please enter as early as possible, firstly to ensure we have an event and secondly to be fair to our sponsors. The quicker we know the more exposure the sponsors will receive, after all they are the ones contributing to the prize money and would like to see some value for their money. Entry forms are available from the club web site http://www.brindabelleranges.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or google rockpecker and follow the links.
Thanks Nashey.

The specification for entry are the same as the currant Tuff Truck spec's. I don't have a copy but I'm sure they can be looked up on the Tuff Truck web site.

Yeah no drama with that, car hasnt changed since tuff truck. more reffering to quoted below. How do i know if mine will be called a buggy or not? Tube behind the rear doors but the rest is standard..
nash99 wrote: One stipulation is that two buggy style vehicles cannot compete together as a team (i.e, one buggy and one convention vehicle). If anyone wishes to enter and cannot find a team mate, send an email to c.c.nash@bigpond.com and will try and match you up with someone.

Joshy I don't know what the other team vehicle is, as long as you have the chassis requirements and the body structure that defines the truck I cant see it been a problem.

Just a reminder that entries close in one month's time so if you intend entering get your entry in and fix your truck later.

We don't want to get into a long drawn out discussion of what's a buggy and what's not, what we are aiming at is a team with say one Tufftruck style of vehicle and one slightly less capable vehicle just to even up the field. So for this event we will leave it up to your discretion , once we get the event up and running we can fine tune it then.

Paul with the Suzuki unfortunately your email went into the junk email area and then I lost it. In regards to entering the zook with the big Nav I can't see that been a problem.

At the monthly meeting tonight the Brindabella Rangers 4WC decided unfortunately to cancel the Rockpecker event set down for next month due to the lack of entries and the withdrawal of the sponsorship support for the same reason. Unfortunately the club couldn't continue without their support. The club apologizes for any inconvenience and all entries will be refunded.
