Tis is my RR DAKAR.
Built 1994 and ran the Australian Safari in it. Won the National Division and retired from motor sport.
Currently has the following mods:
2" body lift
2" suspension lift
Lexus 1UZ 4.0 litre engine
LT77 trans (being replaced with 3 sped torqueflite)
8 Bilstein shocks
Laminated diff housings
Maxi drive rear open front
Futur plans:
New engine being built using 8.5:1 Ross racing pistons and an Eaton M112 supercharger with Kelford cams and some head work. Expect 600+HP and broken diffs.
It rarely gets driven in 4b environment. it's now the family convertible and as part of the family we can't sell it.

Thanks Steve, Ive heard rumours of phantom Pig owners springing up so if you see any put 'em my way
The porn star on the left is my Dutch navigator Leo (top bloke) and Im the other idiot on the right
next one....? hmm well I leaned a load of lessons from the Russians so the rule book is being scrapped, twin steer 404 portals with disc conversions, either Supercharged 3.1 Isuzu diesel or Lexus 430 petrol, not sure about g/box yet - maybe tiptronic converted Lexus!?!, twin pto winches, spare electric winch up front, 45x20" tyres, double beadlocked with CTIS........ ahh by the way dont tell anyone from the northern hemispere - its still a secret
I need a sponsor, too many ideas and not enough space to build them in!
Cheers
Jez

20 cents? might just buy a spare cup from a rugby match for about that....
Landy man - its a 2.8 Isuzu with 3.1 turbo and injectors running through and allisport intercooler, pump has been tweaked so it goes pretty well and its 100% waterproof

could see the intercooler and turbo on LRE forum... but did not recognise the shiny intake manifold...
How did you tie the front bar work into the firewall ??
Got any more pics
