I'll still park on the side slope though

Hey Evan
I didnt think u were coming. Whats happening with the bundy?

No fires this year, we r in total fire ban and its really dry out here. So anyone even thinking of sparking up a fire will be in trouble. Gas cooking only

Yea mate I'm coming, I'll be trying to navi as one of our teams navis couldn't make it.

The busy was going to be prepped ready for king of the rim but new shocks wouldnt fit! The upper link mount was hitting the alternator with 4" of up still to go!

Just to clarify, that means each competing car is 6 people and the team (2 cars) it's 12 total?

That would b correct 6 per car, 12 per team but the 6 people per car must arrive at the gate at the same time. No so and so will b here in half an hour.

Scrutineering will open at 2pm tomorrow ( Friday ) , i suggest competitors bring their vehicles to the scrutineering area for checking soon after they arrive , to allow time for any changes that you may have to make to your vehicles to comply

We will be taking a good look at braking systems including a handbrake that works ( we dont want to see anymore roll away cars 1/2 price :finger: )

recovery points will be given a good look too , no dodgey welds , or mild steel bolts , i know a few have spoken to Tony about using hooks - will will be checking to make sure your vehicle can be totally lifted using these points ( car in any position - upside down etc ) if your vehicle is deemed that it cant be lifted using these hooks ( as you have promised Tony ) it will be go away & fix it ....

for those team members that wont b arriving at the same time. The first team member (navi or driver) that arrives will nominate how many of the 6 entries they will b using. When the second member arrives, if over the 6 quoter, will have to pay for extra spectators.
Cheers

Due to the unexpected results and my very poor public speeking skills, our thank you speech was pretty ordinary so ill try writing something more deserving here.

Thanks very much to the canobolis club for there top effort with putting together another great event for 2012 ( especially with the difficulties of new scoring and marshalling rules) each year just seems to be getting bigger and better. Also for ordering some decent weather so we could all enjoy the event.

Thanks to all the other competitors, its good to see there is still lots of comradory between competing teams helping those who broke get back to the tracks however possible.

Thanks to our spotters Ethan and Roland they did a great job all weekend and lastly to suzuki 4x4 club of NSW and OL MATE 4x4 for there support.
