Oh and I forgot to ask you about the change to the traction bar in the rear. Why that design?

I have had about 4 different trac bars in it now!

The first one i had kept on bending the shackle. As it articulated the trac bar would move forwards and to the right.

I am going to put coils in the back of it now. I want more wheelbase and i am sick of bending springs.

love the way you've tied the rollcage into the door mounts :D

i didnt think it was enough mounting the cage to the chassis in 6 places. A little bit of extra support was needed

I've always thought welding was over rated, give me a zip tie and some gaffer tape any day :D

Tell me more about the things that your happy with and the things that need changing.

Any problems with front springs bending?

If you built it again what would you do different?

I am basically happy with the whole build of it. I am always changing things on the truck to improve it some way.

If i built it again i would probably do some chassis extension in the front like Matt did his, mainly for more wheelbase and to keep the tyres out of the firewall.

I want to change the front end around but i am not sure exactly what i want to do with it at the moment so it will stay as it is for now.

I have hilux springs in the rear of it now and might put another set in the front. I am also running Pro Comp MX6 shocks all round

hey mick, if you were to sell it as is now, how much do you think you would get??

i have no idea what i would get for it. With modified trucks you just have to wait for the right person to come along to buy it. It would probably be easier to sell it in bits.

I have sold the 37 boggers off it.

My new tyres will hopefully be in the workshop on monday or tuesday. I am getting some 39.5x13.5 Swamper IROKS.

A couple of pics up against matts 44's.

The IROKs are unmounted, the 44's are on an 11 inch rim at 0 psi. The 44's arent bagging much though.
