if it was me i woudl try making a pulley to bolt in between your transfer case and rear shaft then mount the second alternator to the side of your chasis. seen it done many times on hotrods and commodores where they want to remove the alternator from the engine bay

If it is just going to be for winching, this wont really have any benefit.

Have you tried a Flux Capacitor setup?
