Rod hasnt run a Rover V8 for years and the one he did have was on its last legs when he fitted it. He recently blew up a V6. Actually his last 2 W.E.Rock events he has blown one up.

I don't know why so many people are putting 8s into buggies.

4 cyl supercharged is the shiat.

Short, light weight, and pump out some good numbers.

Because no matter what you do to a 4cyl it still sounds like a girls car/buggy  :finger:

Can`t bet the sound of a V8

i thought there was a rule a while ago about forced induction :?: but going back over the rules it isnt there so i gather it has been removed
I think that if there is going to be a rule coming in about uni joints being covered then i would assume that if anyone were to run a blower then it would have to be bagged?

Never has been such a rule. Supercharged and turbo'd engines have been used in a lot of the top guys buggies in the past.

And what does a Supercharger have to do with Uni Joints? Its not like your going to run a 2000hp blown alcohol motor in a buggy.

I do agree with ya there Ruff for shore but alot of other motorsports are making them mandatory wether it be a top fuel engine or a 7PSI 4pot yota motor.
All i was thinking was maybe from a insurance point of view it might be asked for :?: I know very little about the insurance side of things obviously so I posed the question.
