Yeah EJ18. The conversion was fairly straight forwards, enlarged holes in engine crossmember to suit engine mounts, modify radiator outlets, custom alloy bell housing adaptor to connect EJ engine to EA 5spd dual range gearbox, custom tailshaft. The loom was probably the hardest bit, and I had expert help with that so made it easier.
The end result is excellent ... done nearly 300km's in it with no problems at all ( well it stalled once in the first 50ks for no reason, but never since ). Taking it up to cruiser park this weekend so I expect to break something then
