i just got back from work up north, went to put the new fuel cap(from supercrap) on the zook and it just wont click into place!! its as if the seal rubber is too big and its not compressing enough to allow the locking pins to clik into place!!!

has anyone else had this drama with their new fuel capo????

I had the very same problem.

I ended up spending $300 at BBM for a really bling one.

Took a little adjusting to get it in, but totally worth it.

Every other one I tried did not fit, do not waste your money elsehwere.

(I spent about $150 prior to going to BBM)

No Typo, was $280 actually, and well worth the coin.

I got sick of worrying where I parked the car (eg Campbelltown - Home to petrol sniffers) worrying that the cap would get stolen, worrying that kids would think it would be funny to shove stuff in my fuel tank, am i losing fuel turning corners/out on the tracks... the list goes on.

Yep it's a lot of money, but it's put my mind to rest, it's strong, sturdy and it works. I can't argue with that.

I'll try to take a pic tonight. That's if i get it home

It's not just a cap though, it's surrounds as well. It sits flat against your panel and fills the little hole/in bit.

Looks really Bling
