I have spun the tyres hard for loooong periods of time in suzukis for what seemed more like 15 minutes than 15 seconds ... so Zuk diffs are X100 times stronger than hilux diffs :armsup:

id say a quick easy fix would be to weld them,
puts the load over all the pins evenley.. well in my head anyways..
also just a hijack.. how big is a gq wag r&p?? 10iinch??

H260 - 10.2"
C200 - 8"

The ring gear diameter in mm is the model number as far as I am aware.

GQ wagon and coil cab are H233.
GQ tray leaf is H260
GU wagon is H260 by the sound of it.

I believe the weak point on the H233 is pinion shaft strength but I could be wrong. H260's seem to be strong everywhere. :D

Would not having enought slip joint movement do it?.
Because to me it seems that the tail shaft needs to be shortened.
Still working through the options at this stage.
We are looking a some 75 series diffs with air lockers in them, they might be the go I think.

Mates had H260 was a 4.5

Add to this the point already posted that we don't know about those spider gears history .. and add the 350 power ...

I add a ARB or Detroit locker as already posted also to solve this issue .. ( maybe driving style start blowing other thing :D )

Weak piont of a H260 is the long pinion. I have broken one and Pete Antinac has also.

Toyota, Nissan and ford are all around the same size but sit the crown wheels and pinions side by side. The Ford and Nissan crownwheels are alot thicker than the toyota and so are the teeth of the gears. The Ford 9 has a much beefier pinion than the other two also. For cost and ease of your prob I would go a reco toyota with a ARB locker and stop doing single wheeler line lockers (come on its a 350 we know he does). If you want all out tuff go the big $$$ built Ford 9. I have run 1280hp through a built 9 with no probs but it cost around $5K to build.
