Did you use sika or just screw it on, no need for the screws if you've sika'd it, won't be going anywhere. Could have gone lighter again on the sides but you got it out of one peice so it doesn't matter.

Thank god you didn't go chequer, it's a bitch to load in and out of as you can't slide stuff on it.

Yeah its sika'ed, but bolted at points that were part of construction of chassis anyway. In case my stick welds aren't brilliant

Sides are half made of lighter grade that was part of the freebies thrown in, just wasnt enuff to do whole sides.

I went with the gal option in above threads.
1.6 (1.55) galv for trailer floor and sides.
$90 for a 2400 x 1200 sheet inc tax. (I hate tax)
$10 to cut it in half and they waved the $15 extracting from the warehouse fee. Threw in a few free offcuts, too.
All my needs will come out of 1 sheet.

Whassup Bogged - you not familiar with Sikaflex and modern adhesive construction techniques w/ alloy?

And it's a 3.2 ton car trailer, not a little box.
