Rich,
there should be a small rubber grommet on the back end of the drum assembly. remove this grommet and you adjust from there. The LPV adjustment works when there is load in the back of the tray/tub and adjust the amount of force to the back brakes accordingly. I do not thin it would matter too much when the back of the vehicle is empty, thou correct me if Im wrong somebody.
Mines (07 4x4 SR) lifted just over 2 inchesin the back and was adjusted accordingly, going another inch up very soon in the rear and still have another inch of adjustment on the long adjusting screw thats there.
