Well as progressive, Gung Ho! type of guys you must be, to start an importation business, I thought I might throw my BRA in……

I have pondered this question deeply and have come to the conclusion that I should win because statistically I can’t be beat……

I have a Hilux and as far as I can tell, there are only about 60% of the entrants that have lux’s, so that cuts the competition down, to start with. But as word gets around I dare say my odds will decrease, as it is only early days.

However, one thing that wont change is the fact that I am female and there isn’t any other females in this competition and its highly unlikely to happen.

So now that I have won the crawlers, it will be possible for me to transform my standard little Hilux to a rock climbing beast. Well it would be a start……

Lol… good luck guys, good products and good service takes you far…..

I had a post on another 4x4 forum site asking about shock/leaf combo's for my Hilux (luxxxy) and you asked some pretty in depth questions which pointed out to me that you obviously know your stuff.

Seems to me if you have the time to answer my questions and help me out then i've got the time to spend my money in your shop!

You can see why i need new rear springs!!

Ben(benolux) Ok so i have no chance with my lux but i thought id post up, theres alot of really nice looking rigs out there. im 16 its my first car and i own the old girl. im pretty proud of that one lol. im on my learners still and have already been out with the outerlimits boys lol, starting early.

shes a 1983 dual cab, originally style side, was converted to a tray back. had the old 2.2 now has a recond 2.4. she has a dupont 2pac custom paint jobbie. it has a holden frontiera bar on it with mounts changed to suit. narva spotties, 32" simex road trekkers (not the greatest in the mud)but hey. poly air springs in the rear with pedders shocks up front.
thats about all i can think of. Ohhh and useless alloy side steps lol needs steel sliders.
thanks for the oportunity guys, this has to be the best site for 4wding enthusiasts, your all great ppl.

I'll put my hand up for the dual adapter. I had one in this truck when it had a 6m power plant, but part of the deal for the injected 5.0ltr was all my old drive train, including the duals  . And I miss them soooo much!

Here's my clean and reasonably stock 1995 RV6 4Runner. It's lifted 3 inches in the rear, and maybe a few in the front, and I'm currently searching for some good prices on a set of Bilstein shocks for it (sent you a request for info through your website just this morning).

Having the lower gears would give me that much better control in the 3k rpm power band of the V6. It would also encourage me to get the 5 link sas done i've been contemplating for the last 12 months.

Well I havn't got any good wheelin pics but this is our 85 hilux.
The 3y engine just doesn’t cut it in the slow stuff so rather than an engine conversion gearing will do the trick ;) .
The family loves it but it tends to run away a bit on down hills and the clutch hates me uphill
Apart from that its a great little truck that’s gets me to work and lets me take the kids up to the mountains on the weekends
This is tha family getting ready to hit the bush

this is my little rig
its got less than horizontal sagged standard springs (front)
and bald 31s that scrub
but i love her none the less and im wanting to turn her into a bit of an allrounder and only want to use quality gear. the trail creeper gearset would be premo in getting me started.
