Air Cell and anticon have much similar results I've found, but the former is much easier to work with. Heaps lighter, no itchiness, thats a good thing when you're laying metres and metres of the stuff all day. Either way its a night and day difference to having nothing up there.
I reckon take 2 sheets off one end initially, roll your insulation, replace first sheet over top screwing into original holes, keep working across lifting 1 or 2 sheets at a time til you're done. Easiest way to get your flashings etc to line up afterwards.
