BTW that's the max you can get. Any flow through the receiving funnel drops that pressure further.
At 100km/h it's a measly 0.07psi.

Here's the formula for stagnation pressure.
P = 0.5*fluid density * velocity^2

velocity is metres per second (100km/h = 27.77m/s)
air density is roughly 1.2 kg per cubic metre
Pressure is in Pascals, there's around 101,300 to every 14.7psi.
