i dont think there is an electrical fuel pump in the tank
There is a little pump on the top of the fuel filter housing, also ther will be a little plasic valve, open the valve & then pump until the fuel runs freely out of the valve.
Then there may be a bleeder on the pump ( I cannot remember, some have them some dont) open this & then pump until the fuel runs free.
now crack the injector lines 1/2 a turn at the injectors, crank engine until fuel spurts from the lines. Once fuel is coming from at least three than you will be ready to start. Sometimes these will not bleed until engine has started to fire. Engine will run rough until all air is out.
