31X10.5" or 32X10.5" pedes on my sierra?
35" isn't an option on this car, and even 32" is pushing it with running the gauntlet. This will still be a daily driver (don't start with the legal mumbo jumbo I know). You can go on about RUF all you like but with my limited tools/time/ability it's not going to happen. Plus my suspension works so it's fine for me. I guess with all the negativety from you steve your thinking 31" would be the only choice?

I agree you've got more tyre size restriction, please don't think I'm being negative, the real problem is that SR. It's going to jam any decent tyre right into the firewall.
IMHO loose the SR, go back to stock, redrill the spring plates to bring the axle forward 30mm I clear 34's with about 3" less lift than you with front springs and the spring plates redrilled.
A nice side effect will be loosing about 2" of height due to the SR. the car will be more stable and you'll be much less obvious on the road.
I know you like your calmini kit, but having built an SR car about 12 years ago I really do think SR's suck.
Steve.
some say he is a man without happy dreams, or that he sees silver linings on clouds and wonders why they are not platinum... all we know, is he's called the stevie.
It's all too little too late. I have the calmini kit, I've modded the front bar to suit, I've modded the front bar to suit my whinch also. Considering I haven't found much that can stop me on 235/75's I think the 31X10.5 pedes will suffice and if I have dramas I'll blood start hacking away and re-sheeting the firewall lol. I think I'll be able to squeeze the 31's in and if I end up having a little more room I can go 32's later.
On another note I think the gearing will be better to unleash some GTi powa with the 31's
