Mine should be the hotwire as it is in an 89 model RR
Mine is an 89 reg but has flapper, easiest way to tell is if it has an injector in the top of the plenum , hotwire doesnt have one.

Do you mean the cold start injector? If so, mine has one, so I guess it is a flapper.
