OME's have the flat area where the U bolts clamp the spring. After some use they appear to have a raised area there instead. They also have the teflon discs between the spring leafs. The leafs are only 5 mm (I think) thick as compared to suzuki ones which are 7 mm I think.

go standard leaves it will flex better ride smoother an wont be as tippy

i have seen a zook on 1.5 inch lift spring with leaves removed and it was tippy as hell the leaves are just to thick to work

the springs in the rear of my zuk are round 3-4 mm thick and i run 4 + overload leaf
