in cuba dont they take templates of whatever panel they want to replace and make then by hand?

I went and looked at some cruiser hubs they are a no go compared to zook hubs as they are mini in comparison. What model zook came out with the 6 stud???? My local suzuki dealer has them all on the computer but as there are so many variants it'd take ages to sift through them all.
On another note is there any wreckers over east that deal with imports or know where I can get my hands on these hubs?
The drums I can redrill I've already marked them out but the hubs I can't as there's no metal on them.

for all the mucking about you could put shaved bundy diffs in it and gave them toyota factory fit.

Came off NT Diffs, made to take 6 studs (6 stud re-inforcing cast into the drum, ie not drilled/custom made). I'm running the wheel & tyre setup that came straight off my GU when i sold it.

Look like their from factory. I bought them from want33s, they came off NT housings, believed to be a japanese import.

Rotazuk on this board also mentioned in an old thread that he bought an jap import 413 that had 6 stud hubs. He also mentions he swapped to disc rear but still has the 6 stud fronts. Dont know if that means on the car or off, but have a read of this thread.

It was however, back in 07, and he is in NZ.

Another vote for shaved bundy diffs (if 6stud conversion is too hard).
Of course this depends on the route you want to take with your zuk, but;
6 stud, discs all round (i think?), strong axles, width etc etc.

Sell the 80 and buy something you can fit Zook wheels on instead

I'm guessing but I reckon bundy diffs will cost a huge amount of money and time to fit to just get 6 stud hubs. I don't need more width (would be a disadvantage on the zook) or strength as I haven't broken any zook diff stuff so far (touchwood).
If I wanted to be real bodgy I could weld a plate on to the back of the zook hubs with the six stud pattern drilled on to it but strong welds on cast can be a little difficult I've heard.

My six stud suzuki was a japan import , called a Jimny . It was the 1300cc version , not the 660cc turbo version . It was identical to a sj 413 hard top bar the high roof ( like your drovers had I believe) and airconditioning . All standard 413 brake pads hub seals and parts etc fitted it . i will try and find a pic of it and post it up .

Do you have a year model by any chance? At least I've narrowed it down alittle bit. I had aircon in mine too but it pumps air for my tyres now

Hi Kitika mate, I am Brisbane based, I have had 2 sets of these 6 stud hubs and drums, I sold a set on NBS last year for $100 and still have a set. The first set I actually got in WA off a wreck outside Halls Creek. I saw a couple of six stud suzuki's over there and at first thought they were hilix diff conversions until I had a closer look. The second set I got off another wrecked ute chassis at the Stradbroke Island dump. I also saw a 6 stud Maruti with no FWH's driving around on Stradbroke so yea there are many strange variations around.

Being WA i can understand the reluctance for booty fab, have you tried 40 or 60 series hubs? i know the locking hubs are interchangeble so maybe the rest is too

I looked at 60 and 75 series hubs but they were huge! I rang the big suzuki wrecker in perth but they didn't want to help me at all and hadn't heard of a 6 stud suzi at all. I went back to Suzuki but the guy that works the computer was sick so they can't help me for a couple of weeks...

Found a pic of an import jimny , not mine but just the same .



Its of a thread on another forum , I will ask the guy to get the model number .

by doing a check on the reg the chassis no of that suzuki is JA51W-105** , will look up the parts catalogue ane see if they list different wheel parts under that model compared to the others , once the plumbers gone .

How did you go searching the part numbers?

No luck , JA51W was not a model choice . Need the designation in the form of sj413w etc . I am sure they relate some how but have not found anything that cross refers them .

Got back from suzuki. They don't have any record of a 6 stud zook in Aus at all. Looks like I'll just have to buy new tyres at this stage unless someone here has some hubs they don't want...

or you could just buy thease
