This is the set up I am using from SKY
http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/new/de ... php?id=151

With the normal Hilux high steer arms and Vitara box I had terrible steering lock.

Um mrRocky it look like the same as what lowrange are putting out, just imported and the profit attached. If your in a rush then ring locktup/Importer and check if they have any in stock, other wise i think it would be a better move to buy direct.

just my 2c

I was on a couple of yank sites and there is the option of running a lux drive shaft or a zook one. Im going to do this to a lwb so was wondering if a lux rear drive shaft would fit in, or i would have to cut it up. I think the lux shaft would be a heap stronger so im leaning that way.

That price for the tailshafts is highway robbery!!!
Payed $90 for a set up here (set meaning front and both rear halves), all in top notch condition.

I was talking to NIK and mick on sat, and they said he runs a normal lux rear. So its offset. But because its a lwb the angle isn't to bad, and it doesn't vibrate (anymore than 35"claws). Will this angle be enough to screw up you uni-joints, and is it worth finding a bundy or grabbing a complete surf rear axle, center, trailing arms and panhard for $300. I think they run the same axle as a lux???

I think the surf will be the wide version 3" wider I think? But you could run ifs hubs on the front to match the wider rear.

Did you use the zook springs or change them to something else?

Also, do the zook springs work with the hilux spring perch or will I need to weld zook spring perches onto the hilux housing?
