Well I got them on the truck today... They're much quieter than the old mtrs, but then most new tyres would be quieter than half worn mtrs.
They don't feel as beefy as the mtrs, with only 2 ply sidewalls and 4 ply tread compared to the mtrs with 3 ply walls and 5 ply tread.
Will keep you posted once I've tried them offroad and in the wet.

Well I've been running a set sence December last year, 285/75/16
I bought these tyre to replace BFG A/T. these tyres as out perform the BFG A/T easily and I beleive they keep up with the MTZ and coopers M/T well. The inside lugs clog up easily in mud but the outsie clear pretty well.
The side walls flexes alot like scaery alot. but with the side wall lugs might add a bit of strenght. I've had these tyres hard up ageist banks and tree root and held up well.
I've had these tyres on trip where i would normal bolt my 36 TSL swampers on and been the only car with tyres smaller then 35 and was very surprise how well they went.
They are nothing compared agaist ET and Swampers but thats no surprise.
so my thought on the Good year Duratracs are "they would be one of the best all round tyres just aslong they last in the side wall and tread.
